No, Corel PaintShop Photo Express 2010 doesn't support ARW files or any other RAW format. In order to convert your files from Sony, I recommend you follow the instructions provided by Sony Electronics Inc. Also, you can use ReaConverter or online tools that you can find using Google search engine.

Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system. Once this process is complete, you can download a new version of the application and install it accordingly because the old version was removed allowing you to install another one.
